Leader of the Gang/Family must not be known as a rulebreaker.
Leader of the Gang/Family MUST not have been banned in the past.
Gang/Family must hold 3 members before applying.
Gang/Family must be logical and roleplay like and not mythological and non-roleplay.
Gang/Family must post Roleplay evidence when applying or the application will be closed due 'Lack of Evidence".
