I was born in Liberty City to parents James and Emma, born as a rich kid, I had whatever I want, anything I pointed at, it was delivered to me within a minute. I loved my parents very much and they cared for me. Yes, they spoiled me, but while also taking care that I grow up to be a man, that was until May of 1997, When I was at the age of 10, My parent's took me to the park to play in the morning, dropped me off at home at about 5 PM and then said they were going to the movies. The day passed and they left me with the servant, as it was approaching 11 PM I began to get worried, as movies probably wouldn't take 6 hours to end, I convinced myself that they were okay and slept, It wasn't a good night's sleep, but I slept. And I hope I never would've woken up. I woke up to our servant crying, I asked him what was wrong. He had some words at the tip of his tongue but didn't want to say them. After a few minutes of me asking he finally gave it away. The terrible terrible news. My parents were murdered by a bunch of gangbangers on the way home at 10 PM. As soon as I heard the news I burst down crying, being a 10 year old, I couldn't handle it, and I fainted. I woke up 4 hours later. And I hope again that I never would've woken up. My parents getting shot down by gangbangers wasn't even the worst bit of news, See I had a 20 year old brother, the relationship between me and him wasn't really the best of relationships between brothers. and he spent most of his time with these crooks pretending to be one of them, and it really pissed me off. Anyways, this particular brother is the worst thing that has ever happened to me, concerning inheritance, he paid a lawyer, and grabbed ALL of it for himself, even the house. And since he's full of shit, he threw me into the nearest orphanage so that he could enjoy the house for himself. I grew up in the orphanage among the poor kids, became friends with them, asked them about their life, that type of stuff, I now knew what it was like to be sad, poor, and have nothing left to live for. Luckily, the woman in charge of our orphanage was a really kind woman, and she fed us soup once a day. I left the orphanage, 18 years old, now a man, I had also barely afforded the funds to get a scholarship to a university, so I did, after I graduated, 21 years old and fresh, and knowing what life was like. I started working as a cook in a sidewalk restaurant, then I went into the taxi driver career, After a few bad experiences of drunk costumers and sluts, I decided to stop the taxi career and get out of Liberty City for good.
